We Call the Shots is a scheme for young women who want to work in the creative industries in the future. The gender imbalance in the creative sector, including the television and film industry, is stubbornly high and women are under-represented in all aspects of the media and creative digital industries.

We want to do something to try to redress the balance.

The scheme will consist of a weekly meeting and three creative industry related projects culminating in a professional portfolio and understanding of the workplace.
