The Engineering Club provides students with hands-on experience in the engineering design process and an introduction to the field of engineering. Students will learn key skills through a series of small projects, then have the chance to design their own project.Â
About Engineering Club
Over the course of the year, you will learn about:
- The engineering design process through some mechanical challenges, such as bridge building.
- Experimenting with electronic sensors to eventually create a simple voltmeter.
- Investigating the use of microcontrollers.
- Completing a student-led project using skills acquired throughout the year.

The Engineering Club is timetabled and meets once a week.
