It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that Pat Finn died last Friday (1st August) after a short illness. Pat had a very long association with Loreto, starting here in the early 1960s as a teacher of classics when it was a grammar school. He retired in 1994 as Vice Principal of the College but maintained his links and great affection for Loreto to the end. He was an inspirational figure to staff and students, respected and much loved by all who knew him for his kindness, gentle encouragement, and great wisdom.
