Every year the History Department is given two places for students to take part in the 'Lessons From Auschwitz' project run by the Holocaust Educational Trust. This year James Franks and Natalie Saville made the day trip to Poland. The experience is a profound one for students when they visit Auschwitz and Birkenhau and see for themselves the remains of the camps and the people who passed through the gates. As part of the project Natalie and James will be giving talks to RE groups about their experience.
